The JobWe are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the technical delivery and team leadership for our mobile development team.

This role combines hands-on technical expertise in Angular, Capacitor and Ionic frameworks with strong leadership capabilities to guide a team of developers through complex mobile application projects.What You'll DoTechnical Delivery & ArchitectureOwn the technical delivery of projects — from solution design to implementation and deploymentSet up and maintain CI / CD pipelines and manage build processes with tools like Github actions, optimizing for mobile deployment workflowsLeverage modern tooling and observability practices to maintain system reliability and performance across iOS and Android platformsMaintain and implement comprehensive testing methodology including unit testing, integration testing, and mobile-specific testing strategiesIdentify and research emerging technologies or tools that can improve team efficiency and product quality, and drive their adoption within the mobile development ecosystemTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead and mentor a team of developers through all phases of software development, fostering growth in mobile development best practicesConduct regular 1 : 1s with developers, supporting their professional growth, performance, and career developmentSupport hiring efforts by participating in candidate evaluation and technical interviews for mobile developersCollaboration & Product DevelopmentFacilitate feature-level discussions with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions optimized for mobile platformsCollaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and stakeholders to refine and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectivesWhat You'll BringRequired QualificationsProven experience leading development teamsStrong expertise with mobile development, preferably in Angular, Capacitor and Ionic frameworksProficiency in CI / CD pipeline setup and maintenance, particularly for mobile applicationsExperience with modern testing frameworks and methodologies for mobile applicationsStrong understanding of mobile performance optimization and observability toolsExcellent communication and mentoring skillsExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environmentProactive attitudeFocus on delivery and bringing projects to completionOur Culture and ValuesWe are an equal opportunity employer with a best-of-class onboarding program and supportive team environments.
