You'll define the Tribe's technology architecture, oversee delivery of high-quality technology outcomes, and drive excellence and consistency across the Tribe's work in alignment with reference architecture and Service Domain blueprints.Key AccountabilitiesDefine the Tribe's technology roadmap and progress toward the target stateOversee delivery of technology outcomes, ensuring projects meet quality standards and align with Tribe and ASB objectivesAct as a strategic collaborator to the Tribe Lead and CXOs / CXLs, co-defining key technology investmentsEnsure delivery of technology changes required for the wider ASB organisationIdentify and address conflicts to ensure smooth collaboration within the TribeManage core technology assets for reliability, functionality, and performanceMonitor system health, address technical risks, and escalate as requiredDetermine optimal technology capability mix and develop Chapter LeadsFoster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvementRegularly evaluate and enhance processes, technologies, and methodologiesYou\'ll Be Responsible ForCreating and maintaining a clear, actionable technology roadmap aligned with ASB strategyDelivering business and technology outcomes with minimal disruptionUnblocking technology blockers and resolving delivery bottlenecksProviding strategic and people leadership to Tech Area Lead and Chapter LeadsDriving strategic technology investments to support Tribe objectivesEnsuring Tribe technology systems meet standards and controls, uplifting engineering craftMaintaining a healthy, engaged, and well-resourced engineering workforceReducing cost to run and ensuring zero unresolved technology-related audit findings per quarterMaintaining strong relationships with Tribe Leads, Product Owners, and third-party vendorsDriving continuous improvement in delivery flow and adherence to PACE standardsO Pukenga | About youYou're a strategic technology leader with deep technical expertise and a proven ability to deliver at scale.
