We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our 5th Quarter team in Dunedin for a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2026 during our busiest season. This hands-on role plays a key part in ensuring our 5th Quarter products move through the supply chain efficiently, meeting customer expectations on time and in full.

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team that thrives on making things happen. From coordinating shipments to managing exceptions and supporting sustainability initiatives, you’ll help us deliver excellence and strengthen our reputation as a trusted logistics partner. Te Mahi / Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics activities for 5th Quarter products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to meet customer commitments.
• Monitor and manage exceptions (such as product holds or returns) to minimise impact on customer experience and costs.
• Work within trade systems and reporting tools to progress contracts and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to keep everyone aligned and informed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, sustainability goals, and contribute to projects that enhance fulfilment processes.

You’re organized, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. With experience in logistics or supply‑chain coordination, you understand the importance of accuracy and timeliness. You’re confident using technology and reporting tools, and you’re quick to adapt when plans change.

Strong communication skills are essential—you’ll be working closely with multiple teams and external partners, so building trust and maintaining clear, concise communication is key.
