About the role

Reporting to the Team Manager and working closely with other team members, you will be responsible for general garden maintenance across multiple sites in Wānaka. Your duties will include planting, weeding, pruning, and vegetation control, as well as maintaining bedding displays, hanging baskets, roses, borders, and shrubbery.You'll ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards while prioritising safety for the public, your team, and yourself.

Who we are looking for

Whether you’re an experienced gardener or someone who simply loves working outdoors, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will bring :

• A current, full driver’s licence with the ability to drive a manual
• An awesome work ethic and positive, hands-on attitude
• Knowledge of health and safety practices relevant to the role
• An awesome work ethic and a passion for working outdoors
• Great communication skills as you may engage with the public from time to time
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role
