We're looking for a Commercial Insights Analyst to help shape smarter, data-led decisions across our Markets segment squads.
You'll connect analytics with strategy, translating complex data into stories that drive commercial outcomes.
Please note that this is a 6 month fixed term opportunity covering parental leave.
What you'll be doing
Analyse and interpret large datasets to uncover customer, market, and financial insights.
Create clear, visual, and actionable reports that influence decision-making.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver meaningful analysis.
Conduct financial modelling (NPV, payback, margin) to assess opportunities.
Continuously improve data processes, tools, and reporting efficiency.
Experience in analytical or commercial insight roles – or a strong interest.
Skilled in
SQL, Power BI, Excel
, and ideally
Databricks
or
Oracle BI
Strong commercial acumen and ability to turn analysis into action.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with data.
Curious, detail-focused, and proactive in improving how things are done.
This role is expected to commence in

; however, there may be some flexibility to accommodate an earlier start should you be available immediately.
