We're now looking for a Customer Insights Analyst to join our Business Insights team. Reporting to the Finance & Insights Manager, this role will turn complex data into meaningful insights on consumer behaviour, helping shape marketing strategy and business decisions at every level.
Your primary focus will be delivering accurate, timely data to support targeted marketing campaigns and reporting on outcomes. You'll also deep dive into promotional data to uncover customer behaviours and share these insights with our Marketing and Buying teams. Expect a collaborative, fast-paced, and inclusive environment where no two days are the same.
