We're looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our New Zealand Commercial team. This is a crucial role that provides critical financial insights about our revenue across all our car parks and assists with driving profitability and performance across the state.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, including month-end closings and rolling forecasts. Conduct variance analysis and present insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare annual budgets aligned with operational goals, providing ongoing support throughout the budgeting process.
• Conduct feasibility analysis for potential new sites, reviewing revenue, costs, and margins, and assist in preparing feasibility reports for larger projects.
• Partner with our Commercial Team to perform yield analysis reporting, focusing on pricing strategies and operational performance.
• Assist in preparing and presenting capital expenditure submissions in line with business objectives and strategic growth plans.
• Engage in ad-hoc financial modelling to explore revenue opportunities and cost management strategies.
• Support innovation and transformational projects, including project briefs and business case development.
• Drive continuous process improvements by automating reporting processes and collaborating with external consultants.
