Kyc Analyst / Senior Analyst (M / F / D)

Our Global offices specialise in driving innovation of technology and business for the banking and financial services sector.Job Summary : As a KYC analyst you will be responsible for verification of client data, performing due diligence checks on clients, reviewing KYC documentation performing the risk assessment of clients, liaising with the business / compliance, advising on KYC requirements to meet the regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities : Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience (AML / KYC / compliance related) within corporate financial services industryConduct end-to-end KYC due diligence for global clients, including Retail and Institutional customers including individuals, Trusts, Societies and Charities.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines.Ability to understand the firm's KYC requirements when completing documentation inclusive of Customer Identification Program (CIP), Minimum Due Diligence (MDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)Collection and verification of confidential client data via publicly available and internal sourcesUnderstanding the missing requirements and communicating to clients via email or phone call.Understanding and implementation of KYC standards, guidelines, policies and proceduresBe flexible to work on other migration / remediation projects including Screening resolution.Provide training to staff members on KYC procedures and best practices.Maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and circumstances in line with privacy legislation and internal policyCollect information from front line staff and customersRequirements : Outstanding customer service skills with proven experience in a customer focused roleStrong analytical and investigative capabilities with the ability to dig deeper and explore areas of greyExcellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information simply and diplomaticallyStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and a high level of initiativeExposure to and understanding of the Financial Crime disciplines will be viewed favourably.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree.

Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist - CAMS) will be an advantage.Knowledge of financial regulations, including AML, KYC, and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA Patriot Act, OFAC regulations, FinCEN etcAbility to understand complex legal entity's structure, transactions and counterparties involvedStrong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Attention to detail and the ability to spot anomalies and trends in financial transactions.Ability to work independently and take quick decisions, when necessary, Strong problem-solving skills / solution-orientedWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
