The Role
Reporting into the CEO, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to oversee financial operations, reporting, and business planning. This role is critical in driving financial performance through robust financial management, commercial finance support and cost optimisation. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on operator, have a strong analytical mindset, experience in financial planning, and the ability to partner with key stakeholders to drive profitability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
About You
The successful candidate will ideally be CA / CPA qualified with broad based skills across financial control as well as commercial finance. A background in FMCG, manufacturing or similar will be highly advantageous.
This is a hands‑on role in a small‑medium New Zealand business that is going places, if you like to roll your sleeves up, love working on the breadth of a business no matter the task and want to be part of a team that likes getting stuff done then this could be the opportunity for you.
