You’ll be responsible for :
Support Capacity Planning & Forecasting
- Help maintain forecasting models that track labour, space and equipment needs across the network
- Assist in analysing seasonal and promotional data to identify resource or workflow impacts
- Work with planning and operations teams to ensure the right inputs flow into business decisions
Performance Reporting & Analytics
Build and update Power BI or Excel dashboards that help monitor key metrics like throughput, accuracy and stock flowPresent simple insights that highlight trends or performance opportunitiesSupport weekly reporting cycles and performance reviewsProcess Improvement Projects
Participate in workshops and improvement initiatives (e.g. root cause analysis, value stream mapping)Document processes, collect data and help track benefits from CI projectsStay curious and contribute fresh ideas that could improve how we workCollaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Build relationships with key contacts in Operations, Engineering and Analytics teamsShare updates, raise issues and ask questions to help keep projects movingChampion continuous improvement culture across your area and share quick winsQualifications
A relevant tertiary qualification (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data / Analytics or related)1–2 years' experience in a supply chain, logistics, CI or operational support role (internships or grad roles welcome)Strong analytical skills – comfortable working in Excel, with exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Some understanding of Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement conceptsExcellent communication skills, with the confidence to work with a variety of teamsA positive, can-do attitude and desire to learn and grow within a high-performing teamYou will bring :
