This role will join a team that helps to build an even stronger trans-Tasman dairy business with reach across Oceania and beyond.About the OpportunityStep into a pivotal leadership role as our Senior Key Account Manager, where you'll shape the future of our most strategic categories and play a key part in elevating high-value partnerships.

You'll lead with impact, coach and develop talent, and drive both day-to-day excellence and long-term growth in a supportive, collaborative team.

In addition to this you will : Take ownership of our yoghurt and milk categories, setting the strategic direction and ensuring operational excellenceCoach and mentor an Account Executive and support the wider team's developmentIdentify trends and growth opportunities through data insights and turn these into actionable plansNavigate complex challenges, including ambiguity, while strengthening Fonterra's position as a valued, strategic partnerWork closely with stakeholders across category, marketing, shopper marketing, finance, and supply chainBe integral to our culture of "Good Together"- where asking for help and offering support is the norm, and everyone's success is sharedAbout YouYou are a relationship builder, a strategic thinker, and a hands-on leader ready to make your mark in FMCG.

You thrive in dynamic environments, love a challenge, and are passionate about developing others and delivering results.
