Field Service Technicians

Overview

The Jacks Customer Service team is made up of a team of highly skilled and dedicated field service technicians, providing planned maintenance and breakdown services.

With efficient administration, scheduling and technical knowhow on hand from our Auckland and Christchurch locations, thousands of customers nationwide rely on the Jacks service team to keep their businesses running.

Roles

We currently have vacancies for technically skilled people who can demonstrate the key competencies and proactive mindset to do the job.

You may be a Machine Operator looking for a step up or Service Technician with a few years' experience servicing commercial or industrial machinery, OR you might be an experienced CNC Service Technician in a similar industry / role.

Either way, you'll need a good balance of electrical and mechanical ability, and the type of curious attitude that means you can tackle the servicing or repair of one of the thousands of machines we\'ve sold in our nearly 80 year history.
