Overview
The Field Service Technician is accountable for delivering outstanding service to Aristocrat customers in the maintenance, installation, and removal of equipment, conversions, and breakdown repairs in accordance with customer requirements, company policy, and time constraints.
What You'll Do
- Completion of all scheduled preventative maintenance to ATNZ standard and any planned installation / project work.
- All scheduled PMV completed in a timely manner.
- Calls resolved within 8 hours of receipt or based on the timeline that was mutually agreed upon.
- Zero SLA violations
- Responsibility for ensuring detailed job completion using assigned tools or through Customer Service
- Ensuring high availability and peak performance of all products covered by the Service Agreement in the region.
- Calls resolved within 8 hours of being received or as per the agreed timeframe.
- Zero Service Level Agreement (SLA) violations and 95% calls closed on system, accurately, same day.
- Ownership of accurate job closure for all tasks allocated, regardless of if assistance from others in the team.
- Verbal notification immediately to team Leader for all EGMS that cannot be made operable
- Effectively manage inventory
- Minimum two stocktakes per year or as the need arises by Service Manager
- Variances at stock take are kept below 5% in lines and value
- Ensure Inventory carried is suitable and maintained to meet service requirements
- Demonstrate a strong spirit of teamwork in carrying out all duties, and in all interactions with other Members of the organization
- Positive feedback from internal customers.
- Demonstrate ability to present product to customers
- Emails checked daily and responded to within required deadlines.
- Ensure all company supplied assets are managed and maintained, and all related procedures are followed
- Uses company equipment responsibly and maintains them in good working order.
- Complies with company policies and procedures in particular vehicles, phone & fuel.
- Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and Compliance
- Ensures themselves and colleagues abide by OHS regulations for their work site.
- Demonstrates OHS practices including OHS reporting.
- Proactively approach OHS with positive lead indicators.
- Participates & engages in all elements of the Aristocrat Due Diligence framework
- Zero Compliance breaches.
What We're Looking For
Electrical registration and working permit with NZEWRB preferred but not mandatory.Minimum 2 years, experience in electrical gaming machine servicing and repairs preferred.Electro-mechanical service experience.Background or qualifications in computer support and / or computer network systems.Must be physically capable of handling heavy equipmentAbility to work in NZ / Work permit.Proven problem-solving ability and ability to Adapt quickly to changing demands.Ability to contribute ideas for change and process improvement from own experienceWhy Aristocrat?
