Field Service Technician

Job descriptionVariety : Split between field service and workshop-based work Growth : Access to world-class training and clear progression into Management, Sales, or Business Development Balance : Monday–Friday schedule with a strong focus on work-life balance Perform routine maintenance, warranty repairs, and breakdowns to minimize downtime Diagnose, service, and repair commercial cleaning machinery, including car / truck, and wash systems Communicate professionally with internal and external customers. Use the CRM system for accurate record-keeping and repair order completion Handle a mix of field service and workshop tasks with a versatile approach 3–5 years post-trade experience as a Light Automotive Technician (highly desirable) Proven mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a team in the workshop Comfortable in taking on intricate work with utilizing technical support when required EAS registration and EST license a plus (or willingness to obtain) Strong track record of role longevity and reliability Career pathways into leadership and commercial roles Life Insurance Cover 50% Medical contribution to you and your family after 12 months
