Responsibilities
- Support the Vehicle Admin Registration Team by ensuring accurate and timely execution of administrative tasks to meet stakeholder expectations.
- Accurately enter customer and vehicle registration details into the CRM portal.
- Prepare documentation and assist with LTA vehicle registration processes.
- Handle COE-related matters and update On-Board Unit (OBU) details in the system.
- Set up vehicle ownership records in the system.
- Generate and issue vehicle tax invoices.
- Scan, upload, and maintain proper filing of records.
- Review vehicle orders for accuracy prior to processing.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
Diploma and above (or equivalent) with minimum 1 year experience in an administration support role.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Attention to detail and adaptable to fast‑paced environment.Proactive and resourceful problem‑solver.6-Month Contract position subject to extension, full benefits including completion bonus
5 days week, 8am – 5.30pm
Willing to work paid OT during peak.
