The ideal candidate will be proactive, meticulous, and have excellent communication skills.ResponsibilitiesAppointment ManagementOrganising and maintaining the employer's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings and sending reminders.Coordinate with clients, colleagues, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate scheduling.Administrative TasksHandle general administrative duties, including email management, filing, and data entry.Maintaining both digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents and information.Run errands and handle personal tasks as needed.CommunicationRespond to inquiries and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.Acting as a point of contact between the employer and clients, colleagues or other stakeholders.Maintain strong communication with the necessary individuals.QualificationsProven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.Strong organisational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
