Duration : 3 months (extendable)Main Job Responsibilities : - To support the Research and Statistics team by calling or emailing companies to complete survey- Respond to email and phone queries- Perform data entry, cross-check forms submitted and ensure accuracy of data captured- To follow up with companies who have yet to submit the survey forms via phone calls or emails- Regularly track responses of entities, email reminders on frequent basis, call up and seek cooperation of non-responsive entitiesOther Job Responsibilities : - Source for UEN and entities' contact details- Send out survey forms through email or mail- Provide feedback and suggestions on improving survey operation processesRequirements : Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.Able to quickly learn and work with digital systems to track survey returns and handle account managementHave confidence to communicate independently with survey respondents via email and phone to explain concepts and requirementsEqual Employment Opportunity : BGC Group Pte Ltd is an equal opportunities employer.
