About the role
As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, from initial connection to final close. This role is a mix of new business development / hunting and following up on warm inbound leads.
About you
You’ll come equipped with at least 1-3 years of sales / SDR experience and be ready to step into your first Account Exec role. Or you’ll already be operating at an AE level and looking for growth in a start-up environment. Either way you'll possess top‑notch sales skills ready to showcase. Exposure to selling HR Tech or L&D Tech and / or an understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) while not imperative is highly advantageous and will set you up for success.
Your exceptional communication skills are second to none, as is your ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers. This role will suit someone who is self‑driven to meet and exceed sales targets, and someone who thrives when working autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
