We’re looking for a Digital Account Executive to join our team of business automation, digital design, and technical experts based in Ponsonby, Auckland. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing and, ideally, hands‑on experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM or marketing automation platform.
What we’re looking for, more than anything, is an ambitious person with the right background, who has the desire to learn quickly to excel in this area. In this role, we will take your experience to the next level. You will partner with our clients to deliver strategy, creative and technical solutions (on the HubSpot platform) that will transform their businesses.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships
- Develop operations and programme strategies for your clients that may span marketing, sales, CRM or customer experience initiatives
- Produce campaigns and business processes in HubSpot for your clients
- Manage base platform set up and workflow configuration in HubSpot
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of client projects
- Continuously up‑skill on the HubSpot platform functionality, integrations and methodologies to provide leadership for your clients
- Ensure monthly agency financial targets and forecasts are met for the clients for which you are responsible and complete monthly invoicing
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and analyse reports on programme performance, and recommend performance enhancement initiatives.
