Overview
This role works closely with both internal and external stakeholders in a busy and dynamic setting.
You\'ll provide high quality administration service to the sales team including campaign maintenance, data management, bookings, and reporting.
Responsibilities
Assist Account Managers with building campaign schedules and proposals
Monitor workload volume and propose improvements and solutions
Develop a strong knowledge of all media inventory and products
Ensure all client requests are answered promptly and efficiently
Maintain up-to-date records, including signed contracts and client correspondence
About you
Qualifications in marketing, sales, or a relevant field preferred
Proven work experience as an administrator or supporting a sales team
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
Quality output and high performance in a high-pressure setting
Exhibit a high attention to detail
