Apply now to be part of our team.Requirements for this role : Looking for candidates available to work : Mon afternoonMon morningTue afternoonTue morningWed afternoonWed morningThu afternoonThu morningFri afternoonFri morningExpected salary : $4,000 - $5,500 per monthCore ResponsibilitiesDevelop measures to strengthen guest and / or customer portfoliosAnalyse competitor landscape and customer demand to identify sales opportunitiesPropose sales channels and network expansion plansReview sales performance and evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies to improve salesQualify and develop sales leadsParticipate in relevant industry events, trade exhibitions and sales trips for networking and lead generationManage sales channels to optimise salesMonitor customer acquisition programmesHandle escalated guests' and / or customers' enquiries and requestsDevelop consultative selling and upselling strategies to identify guests' and / or customers' needs and increase salesReview recommendations of products and services to match guests' and / or customers' needsConduct hotel inspections for clientsPrepare and present sales proposals and quotationsConduct negotiation of sales contractsLead follow-up with customers to close salesPrepare customised sales contracts in accordance with agreed terms and conditionsCollaborate with relevant departments to meet guests' and / or customers' requirements in the sales contractsDevelop action plans for guests' and / or customers' requests that deviate from signed sales contractsLead resolution of escalated guests' and / or customers' feedback and concernsReview guests' and / or customers' feedback to propose improvements to enhance product and service offeringsDevelop measures to enhance guest and / or customer retention and loyaltyPrepare regular and ad-hoc sales-related reports for management reviewsSupport budget forecasting processes for the departmentManage financial budgets in accordance with departmental work plansGuide staff in the conduct of sales engagements
