Key Responsibilities
Drive sales performance to achieve targets and profitability goals
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Specialists to deliver excellent customer service
Oversee new car sales operations, including stock management, administration and logistics
Promote NIO’s innovative technology and ownership experience to strengthen brand image and customer loyalty
Ensure the showroom is presented to the highest standards
Perform other tasks as assigned by your superior
Qualifications / Professional Certifications / Skills Required
Degree with at least 3 years of sales and managerial experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Proven leadership ability with strong customer service focus
Excellent communication, negotiation and people management skills
Highly motivated, results-driven and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about innovation, technology and sustainable mobility
Valid Class 3 driving licence
