Auckland. You will have the chance to collaborate with and work alongside our team of
high-performing, experienced Branch Managers while supporting and working closely
with the sales teams. Ideal for someone passionate about leadership, coaching, and
continuous development, this role will allow you to utilise your sales experience and
expertise to provide operational support and solutions. You will work with the team to
refine their business practices, develop, and implement their business plans and goals.

About you :
To be considered for this role, you must have an established, successful background in
real estate sales. It is essential you have proven experience and can demonstrate the
ability to understand, coach and add value to our team in residential sales. You have the
people skills that see others warm to you, and your exceptional communication skills
mean you can coach and build those with little to no real estate background as well add
