Role and Responsibilities
Collate and report information on Market Performance, Knowledge, and Share of Market.
Develop strategies on segments such as Self Employed Professionals and Non-Professionals, Employed, Rent Discounting Market, Non-Residential Premises, and Home Equity Loans.
Audit and monitor team size.
Ensure cross-sales and act as a point of escalation for Sales Support Manager / TM.
Achieve targets for the team and individual members.
Ensure NPE targets are met.
Adhere to cost budgets.
Expand territory, recruit Team Leaders and members.
Monitor the Team Managers' DAR.
Meet team members monthly without the TM to understand issues.
Ensure roles of TL and Sales Executives are performed as defined.
Sort out infrastructure issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be an MBA or Post Graduate in Marketing / Finance with an inclination towards sales.
Minimum 2 to 15 years of work experience in the same industry.
Preferred candidates from real estate, Mortgage (distribution house), or banking industry.
