As ourPrincipal Engineer you will have a key role in our ongoing success. You will lead technical delivery, own the reliability of key services, and guide the decisions that drive our success. You’ll set the standard for quality, mentor the next generation of engineers, and still get your hands deep into the code.

You will :

• Lead the design, planning, and delivery of complex technical projects
• Own the quality, reliability, and performance of multiple services
• Decide and communicate the architectural and technical direction
• Deliver accurate estimates and hit deadlines
• Coach & mentor — run 1 : 1s, share expertise, and help others grow
• Code — because your work in the editor matters as much as your leadership
