APAC Recruitment - Talent Acquisition Specialist - Hong Kong | Graduate Hiring (Australia & New Zealand) at Tata Consultancy Services

Key Responsibilities
- Complete design and development activities for ongoing programs and projects as part of the recruitment function that supports graduate hiring.
- Lead, coordinate, and mentor the recruitment team to meet project scopes and timelines.
- Increase capability and capacity of the Unisys mainframe-related capability within the team as applicable to recruitment projects.
- Develop and implement a knowledge management roadmap and strategy relevant to talent acquisition and team processes.
- Coordinate with testing / QA and other interfaces as per project lifecycle requirements (as applicable to recruitment projects).
- Support evaluation, screening, and intake processes; assist with defect resolution in project staffing and alignment with SLAs.
- Prepare design documents and sign-off for go-live activities related to recruitment processes where applicable.
- Design and implement complex software and process solutions to improve talent acquisition outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to architectural and strategic planning for staffing efforts.
- Actively participate in Agile methodologies and provide daily task support to the team as priority dictates.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience in software development lifecycle (as background context for domain) and 5+ years as Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead in Unisys Mainframe Technology.Excellent design, development, and live implementation experience across project lifecycles.Domain expertise in Banking applications and platforms; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to adapt to changing technologies and methodologies in mainframe space; willingness to learn and improve.Hands-on experience with Unisys mainframe development tools and utilities (e.g., Unisys ClearPath Libras 6490 / 860 using MCP, COBOL74, WFL, CANDE, ALGOL, DMSII, TADS, debugging tools).Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA / ADO, ServiceNow; knowledge of DevOps and cloud concepts.Proficiency with version control (GIT or SVN) and SQL with DB2 experience; strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.Leadership abilities to mentor junior engineers and coordinate project tasks.Seniority & Employment
