We’re looking for a proven Software Development / Platform Lead to guide and inspire a team of engineers, uplift delivery practices, and drive platform efficiency. This role is about leadership and impact – setting the direction for a talented team while ensuring robust, scalable systems that the business can rely on.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of software engineers – building capability and culture.
• Uplifting team performance and championing process improvements across the SDLC.
• Driving platform optimisation : scalability, efficiency, and security.
• Partnering with architects, product, and infrastructure teams to shape the roadmap and delivery approach.
• Making confident technical decisions in .NET / C#, ensuring solutions are sound and future-proof.
• Acting as a trusted voice in the business, engaging stakeholders and managing vendors to extend capability when needed.
