As our

Principal Engineer

you will have a key role in our ongoing success.

You will lead technical delivery, own the reliability of key services, and guide the decisions that drive our success.

You'll set the standard for quality, mentor the next generation of engineers, and still get your hands deep into the code.

You will : Lead

the design, planning, and delivery of complex technical projects

Own

the quality, reliability, and performance of multiple services

Decide

and communicate the architectural and technical direction

Deliver

accurate estimates and hit deadlines

Coach & mentor

What You'll Bring

5+ years in software engineering

Deep expertise with

• .NET, TypeScript & Angular,

connecting to complex data

Experience with modular cloud architecture especially Azure

Proven track record delivering complex technical outcomes

Leadership confidence — you inspire and guide others

Self-starter mindset, high attention to detail, and a love for doing things right

Curiosity and drive to learn, adapt, and stretch your skills
