This well-established Legal firm based in central Auckland, is seeking an experienced Trust Accounts Administratorto be a part of their close-knit team.
About the role :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trust Accounts Administrator.
This role combines financial account management with administrative duties, with a primary focus on delivering optimal financial solutions to their Trust Account Clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform regular trust account reconciliation
Process fund transfers and manage trust account disbursements
Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional service
Order and process relevant financial and legal documentation
Assist in preparing information for client tax returns
Conduct financial analysis and reporting as required
Provide general administrative support related to trust accounts
About you :
Similar 2 -3 trust accounting / admin experience - well versed with NZ trust accounting practices, complianceand legislation
Intermediate to advanced user of Excel and other MS Suite products
Excellent communication skills - both writtenand verbal
Analyticaland motivated
Team player
