Our Silver Fern Farms Finegand Processing Site in Balclutha employs 1200+ Team Members at the height of the season.

Located 20 minutes south of Milton, an hour east of Gore, and an hour south of Dunedin.There's a real sense of satisfaction to be had when you are part of the cleaning team at Silver Fern Farms Finegand.

On one hand, you're playing a key role in ensuring our work environments are clean, safe and hygienic, and ready for production the next day, and on the other hand you're earning great money while spending your work hours with an awesome team.Te mahi, our working arrangements : Complete your on-the-job training and earn a minimum of $31.60 / hr.Usually, 40 hours per week during peak production season, plus overtime opportunities.Minimum $43 / hr production overtime rate.During peak season hours of work generally fall between 8 : 00pm and 5 : 30am.

When processing only on dayshift hours generally fall between 4pm and 12.30am.All work clothing and safety gear is provided.Te tikanga, the job requirements : No experience?
