What you'll be doingFabricating and assembling high-quality aluminium windows and doors.Operating various machinery and equipment to optimize production.Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment.Monitoring and maintaining equipment to ensure it performs optimally.Collaborating with the Operations Manager to plan and prioritize work to meet customer orders.Contributing ideas for process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.What we're looking forSignificant experience as a fabricator or tradesperson, ideally within the window and door industry.A strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and safety.Excellent problem-solving skills.Familiarity with the production processes, equipment, and machinery used in window and door manufacturing.What we offerAt South Otago Windows & Doors, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
