Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join us, working on an interesting portfolio of work in Christchurch and Canterbury. Our local team have a strong track record of delivery across regional projects and programmes of work including education, health, industrial and government.

As a PM, you’ll get your hands on a great range of project opportunities and the chance to work with multiple teams. You’ll experience projects in different phases, managing everything from design to construction and getting a project to the finish line – that magic day when people walk into their new building or tamariki see their new school for the first time.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with all stakeholders and every member of the project team.
• Guide a project from initial set‑up to contract administration, final delivery and everything in between.
• Keep a firm grip on cost control alongside the project quantity surveyor – you’ll be right on top of financial reporting, estimates, cash flow and invoicing on a project.
• Manage project deliverables and report back to the client.
• Lead and chair meetings, minuting actions so nothing gets left undone.
