Citycare Property, a proudly New Zealand-owned company, is seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to join our team and help deliver infrastructure that supports our communities across Aotearoa.

This role is ideal for a project management professional who thrives on delivering high-quality outcomes, building strong client relationships, and leading with integrity. You will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish—ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and aligned with our strategic vision.

What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Rūnanga

• 3+ years’ experience managing multiple projects valued between $500k and $1M+
• Strong background in commercial contracting or project management
• Proven ability to manage clients and fulfill contractual commitments
• Excellent computing and systems skills (Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Project; Procore experience is a plus)
• A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management
• Site Safety certification and a full Class 1 driver’s licence
• PRINCE2 or PMP certification (favourable)
• Experience leading refurbishment, building upgrades, and new build projects
• Managing project budgets, procurement, scheduling, and contract administration
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery
• Championing sustainability, cultural inclusion, and organisational values
• Willingness to travel across Aotearoa as required
