We are proud to partner with a civil contractor based in Canterbury seeking an experienced Project Manager or Contracts Manager. This is an opportunity to work alongside a team who are driven and motivated to excel.

You will be experienced leading complex civil projects from initiation to completion while effectively supporting & empowering a site crew. If you are an ambitious and motivated person, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with staff, contractors, and subcontractors for seamless project delivery.
Monitor and report on project financials.
Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, NZ 3910, and environmental regulations.
Successfully lead a crew using a style that builds them up.
