Our mahi (work) is organised around the delivery of our three core services :
This role ensures the successful delivery of strategic and operational projects within Public Transport and across the wider organisation. You’ll lead projects from initiation to completion, manage resources, risks, and budgets, and foster collaboration across teams. You’ll also mentor Project Coordinators and help lift project management capability across the organisation.
You’ll be accountable to the Public Transport senior leadership team, supporting practices that align with our strategic and operational outcomes. This is a key role in progressing our PT Roadmap and embedding project management best practice.

You’re an experienced project manager with a strong track record of delivering complex projects. You bring excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills, and thrive in collaborative environments. You’re passionate about continuous improvement and mentoring others.
