We're looking for a driven Engineer with project management expertise to deliver multi-million-dollar CAPEX initiatives and continuous improvement projects across our regional sites. What you'll do

Own projects from concept through to commissioning and handover
Manage the safe execution of CAPEX projects to industry-leading standards
Lead cross-functional teams and external contractors to deliver on time, within budget, and to scope
Develop execution plans, RFPs, budgets, cash flows, and schedules
Negotiate and manage contractor performance and pricing
Design and deliver mechanical improvements and plant modifications
Embed consistent project management frameworks and transparent stakeholder communication

What you'll bring

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or similar)

3-5 years\' experience supporting and / or leading development projects

Strong project leadership skills and a proven record of delivery

Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite

Competence in CAD and 3D modelling

Experience in mechanical design, development, and costings

Familiarity with construction methods and building codes

What success looks like

Safe, compliant project delivery with zero harm as the priority

Projects completed on time, within budget, and to technical specifications

Seamless integration into operations, with engaged and aligned stakeholders

Consistent project management processes that build confidence and trust
