System & Operational Support

Full-time (35+ hrs / week) or Part-time (~20 hrs / week)

We're looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable professional to join our seasonal support team.

No two days will be the same - If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes—this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do

As the key link between our lab and sampling teams, you'll play a vital role in ensuring daily operations run efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include :

Scheduling & Logistics : Assigning daily work to our sampling team using your planning and coordination skills.

Stakeholder Support : Providing responsive office support to internal and external stakeholders.

Tech Assistance : Offering basic troubleshooting for mobile apps, smartphones, printers, and GPS devices.

Our support team operates 7 days a week, with rostered shifts available between 6am and 7pm.

About You

You're someone who :

Is a natural problem-solver who enjoys variety and can think on your feet.

Has strong communication skills and builds rapport easily.

Can organise and prioritise tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Is confident using technology and learning new systems.

Can commit to the full fixed-term period (January–May
