This is a wide-ranging support role at the centre of Kiwi's Infrastructure business.
You'll provide essential coordination, administration, and operational assistance to our Infrastructure Team across the lower North Island, helping them work smoothly and focus on delivering New Zealand's rail future.
From managing complex calendars, meetings, and reporting, to supporting compliance, financial processes, and onboarding new leaders, you'll keep the team organised and connected.
You'll also help improve processes, share information, and ensure everything runs efficiently across a busy and fast-changing environment.
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working across a wide range of tasks.
Your positive attitude, great people engagement skills with high levels of agility and a financial acumen, will set you up for success in this role.
Ideally, you'll have :
2–4 years' experience in administration or operational support, preferably in a large or infrastructure-focused organisation
Confidence managing busy schedules, deadlines, and sensitive information
Familiarity with financial, invoicing and compliance systems (SAP or similar)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels
A detail-focused and solutions-oriented approach
An understanding of health and safety compliance
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
NCEA Level 2 (or equivalent), or NCEA Level 1 with experience
A current driver's licence and your ability to meet safety and compliance checks is a requirement in this position.
