• As a Business Consultant, you'll be part of a high-performing team dedicated to supporting Business Banking customers with their day-to-day needs.

This is a role where helping others is at the heart of what you do, and you'll bring a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.This is a phone-based role where you'll manage a wide range of customer requests, ensuring they're actioned within agreed timeframes and service levels.
