What You'll Do :

Act as a key point of contact for client and intermediated enquiries, ensuring smooth policy processing transactions.

Contribute to strategies that drive customer retention and growth, enhancing the customer experience.

Provide timely and accurate policy and underwriting advice to colleagues, supporting efficient processing and credit control.

Assist with policy processing and credit control tasks as needed.

Support the training of new employees to ensure a smooth transition and growth within the team.

What We're Looking For :

Proven experience in the insurance industry, ideally with a background in commercial or rural insurance and working with intermediaries

Familiarity with Solvit and Committ systems

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Coaching and training experience

A collaborative and solution-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
