Change Management Consultant - M365 Technology Adoption

We have offices across NZ, Australia, Japan, and Bali. This role is open to anyone located in Wellington (or commutable distance) and Auckland. Due to the nature of the role and customers we can only accept applications from NZ citizens or permanent residents.
About The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role supporting the growth of our Transformation and Change (Technology Adoption Change Management) practice, contributing to the successful delivery of quality projects to our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct change impact assessments, training needs analysis, develop user personas and business scenario analysis.
- Develop and prepare change strategies, contributing to the development, leading, and supporting of activities designed to effect culture change and meet alignment objectives.
- Create and tailor material such as videos, user guides and awareness communications.
- Deliver product‑specific and scenario‑based training virtually and in‑person.
- Develop messaging and techniques to respond to resistance, improve change willingness, and emphasize benefits.
- Participate in demos / roadshows at client sites prior to go‑live or during launch.
- Engage with end‑users through analysis interviews, focus groups, and during launch phase at genius bars or floor walking.
- Undertake analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of change & adoption campaigns on end users.
- Stay abreast of Microsoft ecosystem product changes to support continued enhancement of collateral and internal knowledge, including running Brown Bags.
- Ongoing involvement in internal innovation of our approach and deliverables.
- Liaise with Project Managers through the project lifecycle and light touch ownership of project resourcing and budget requirements.
- When required, involve in Engage Squared marketing events such as Office 365 User Groups, Responsive Coffee, webinars, etc.
What You’ll Bring
Excellent experience writing and distributing communications both internally and with customers.Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Copilot, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online).Understanding of PROSCI, PCI, or similar change management methodologies.Ability to engage with stakeholders, understand business needs, run requirement workshops and document requirements.Experience facilitating training sessions.Experience in communications and stakeholder engagement (highly desirable).Consulting experience (highly desirable).Proven experience creating custom user training collateral (user guides, videos, flyers).Proven ability to work in a time‑sensitive environment.Certifications
PROSCI certified (highly desirable).Microsoft Adoption Specialist Certification (desirable).We value inclusivity and diversity.
