Client Success Sales Consultant

We’re a UK-based cleaning company specialising in Residential and End of Tenancy services. We’re looking for a Client Success Sales Consultant to join our remote team and help convert leads into confirmed bookings while maintaining excellent client relationships.

The Role :

You’ll engage warm leads, recommend appropriate cleaning solutions, and ensure clients have a smooth and positive experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities :

Contact and convert warm leads into bookings.

Recommend suitable cleaning services based on client needs.

Maintain accurate CRM records.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

What We Offer :

Base salary R8,000 + uncapped commission (OTE R25,000 / month).

40 days paid annual leave.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales or direct sales with proven results.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience with CRM systems.
