Tēnei tūranga - About the Role :

The Business Change team ensures change across the immigration system is adopted, embedded, and customer-centric. The Business Change Lead plays a crucial role in this process by assessing the change impact on our people, identifying and coordinating change activities, and evaluating change adoption.

The team is part of the wider Immigration Design and Assurance branch, which contributes to the immigration system by designing and delivering change that meets the needs of our people and our customers.
