Intermediate Business Analyst – TEKsystems
Contract position – 12 months
About the Role
Collaborative Agile team working on a large‑scale CRM transformation. Translate business needs into practical technical solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams and delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse configuration and development requirements
- Facilitate workshops and document business processes
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Prepare diagrams and documentation for configuration and testing
- Liaise with technical consultants and internal teams
- Support defect resolution, change requests and go‑live activities
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement
