We are a unit with a significant system role, working across government to take collective action against family violence and sexual violence.
In This Role, You Will
Work closely with design and implementation teams to gather and translate operational and technology-related requirements that will inform service design, change planning, and delivery.
Support the development of processes and practices that reflect the needs of kaimahi and communities, and enable more effective multi-agency responses.
Contribute to shaping how services are delivered, how agencies work together, and how technology supports frontline practice — all within a highly collaborative and evolving programme environment.
Navigate ambiguity with confidence, holding the detail while adapting to shifting priorities and emerging opportunities.
Enjoy a high degree of variety — from shaping system-wide responses to supporting practical delivery – making this an ideal role for someone who thrives on challenge and impact.
Skills and Experience
Experience working on target operating models or other large-scale service transformation programmes.
Strong skills in gathering and translating business and user requirements, including operational and technology-related needs.
Comfort working in a highly fluid environment, with the ability to adapt quickly while maintaining clarity and focus.
A generalist mindset with solid analytical thinking and the ability to connect dots across systems, people, and processes.
A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and an understanding of Maori data sovereignty principles.
Familiarity with agile delivery, service design, or business process methodologies is a plus.

Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $111,766 and $154,680 based on skills and experience.
