About the Role
The Business Insights team is looking for a Business Insights Analyst to join the team. Reporting to the Manager Business Insights, Customer Design and Innovation branch within the Te Whakatairanga – Service Delivery business group, this is an integral role to helping the business uncover insights, measure the impact of our services and make evidence-based decisions.
You will be working with branches in TWSD to understand their business and help them make decisions through use of data and insights. You could be using information from multiple sources to give a holistic picture of customer channels, customer experience, regulatory effectiveness and quality of service delivery.
Experience in using qualitative analytics tools such as Power BI, R or Python, SQL etc. would be advantageous.
