This job requires your commitment and flexibility especially during
weekends and late evening. Hours of work will be at least 30 and you may ask to work additional hours depending upon the business requirements up to 50 hours. You will be paid a wage rate between $30 to $32 per hour.
Duties for this role will include but not limited :
1. Prepare and cook authentic dishes, ensuring consistency and high standards.
2. Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment.
3. Inspect ingredient quality and measure components for menu items.
4. Maintain food inventory and place orders as needed.
5. Ensure proper food storage and stock rotation.
6. Present dishes attractivelybefore serving.
7. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and adhere to hygiene regulations.
8. Assist in menu planning, cost estimation, and staff training.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should be a NZ resident or citizen or hold work rights in NZ.
