In NZ, Arnotts is undergoing a period of extensive brand growth and local investment with the establishment on a new manufacturing facility in Auckland and recent acquisition of the Mother Earth brand.
About the Role :
As the Senior Brand Manager Mother Earth, you will be responsible for managing the marketing deployment of one of New Zealand’s most iconic brands. Most of the role will be focussed on Mother Earth’s core portfolio and bringing this brand to life for consumers across all the categories it operates. This role will also be the custodian for the Flemings and VP snack brands.
This role offers a rare opportunity to lead & develop nuts / snacking innovation, locally produced at a Hamilton co-manufacturer. You will have end-to-end ownership of the marketing mix for these platforms including insight identification, ideation, NPD development, brand strategy, execution & evaluation, through to launch in store and above the line communications.
On nutritious snacks, this role will pull from a global pool of innovation and be responsible for selecting, planning and executing these launches in market.
This locally led end to end marketing role is perfect for an experienced brand manager who is seeking to take the next step in their marketing career.
