Bar Team (Full-Time)

The Role

We are seeking a full-time bartender with management potential, especially if you bring relevant experience.

This evening role requires availability on Fridays and Saturdays, starting with approximately 20–25 hours per week, with opportunities for advancement into more senior positions.

Your main responsibilities include :

Greeting and charming customers.

Making, serving, and selling cocktails, coffees, shots, bottled drinks, mixed drinks, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Setting up the bar for busy periods, completing opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and maintaining the bar area.

Promoting products and upselling.

Washing glassware, arranging bottles and glasses, tapping kegs, and attaching supply lines.

Handling customer payments.

Assisting the sales manager as required.
