With summer fast approaching, we have exciting opportunities for fixed-term Café Bar Assistants, based at Half Moon Bay, playing a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and café efficiency.

Our summer fixed-term positions start early November and go through until the end of March 2026.

In this role, you'll also have the opportunity to learn the ropes of a Deckhand by assisting our Deckhands with operational and safety duties.The position requires early starts and works on a rotating roster, providing a chance to showcase your exceptional service skills in a stunning setting.Key responsibilities include : Providing exceptional customer serviceFollowing strict food service guidelinesProviding a welcoming and efficient serviceMaintaining knowledge of menu offeringsAssisting deckhands with operational duties as neededTo succeed in this role, you must have reliable transport and possess : Previous experience in a café or retail environmentUnderstanding of safe sale and supply of alcohol principlesGood knowledge of local visitor attractionsExperience with POS systemsA demonstrated ability to work under pressureAdaptability to changing work conditionsAbility to resolve customer queries with initiative and a positive attitude, working well in a teamCareer support – gain invaluable experienceThe opportunity to work for a company that cares about its people and communitiesWork with passionate individuals and an incredible teamIf working on the water this summer excites you, apply now!
